Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 100% refund (after deducting transaction charges of 3.6%), if the cancellation is done 2 days before the consultation. No refund if cancellation is done after 2 days.
2. If the doctor is not available due to any unavoidable reason, the consultation will be rescheduled to the next available slot.
3. The center holds the right to cancel the appointment and payment will be refunded (3.6% will be deducted)
   No refund is applicable for the cancellation or registration.
4. If the amount is deducted twice due to technical errors, 100% will be refunded after deducting transaction charges ( 3.6%).

Note:

1. Cancellation requests are to be sent on email: urmil.medicare@gmail.com
2. Request an email for a refund if the amount is deducted twice to be sent on urmil.medicare@gmail.com. The amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days.
